Product Return Policy
 
Refunds or exchanges will be gladly given on items that are unused and undamaged.  Returned items must have all the original literature in place and be in the original packaging. There is no refund or exchange on custom-built systems. Please email us at info@sonicwise.com  for a Return Authorization number and instructions. Please also include a description of the reason for your return. Refunds or exchanges will not be given without a Return Authorization number.  All refunds will be assessed a 20% re-stocking fee. You must request a Return Authorization number no later than 30 days after your order ship date. Shipping fees are not refunded. Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. We do not accept freight-collect. We strongly recommend carrier that will provide you with delivery confirmation.
